North Carolina’s Smith said point guard Jeff McInnis (groin injury), shooting guard Donald Williams (knee) and center Rasheed Wallace (ankle) have practiced this week and will play today. Arkansas, which escaped any major injuries during the season, will use senior Elmer Martin despite an eight-stitch cut he suffered in practice when he caught a head-butt from teammate Williamson.
