Tyson Buying Luxury Home in Las Vegas
Former heavyweight champion Mike Tyson is buying a 11,000 square-foot mansion in Las Vegas patterned after a French castle, and reportedly is paying $3.7 million for it.
The home, owned by longtime gaming figure Ed Doumani, includes seven bedrooms, a wine cellar, exercise room, tennis court, swimming pool and a guest house.
It is located on Tomiyasu Lane, a short distance from Wayne Newton’s ranch and palatial Southern style mansion.
Tyson, released from an Indiana prison March 25 after serving three years for rape, has been staying at the MGM Grand, with which he signed a 2 1/2-year deal to fight.
The New York Daily News reported Tuesday that Tyson had bought five BMWs.
