If They’re Ripping Teams, It Must Be Playoff Time

As a longtime King fan, I have come to the conclusion that I hallucinated in 1993, when I watched my hockey team (known in the early days as the Los Angeles Clowns) reach the Stanley Cup finals against the Montreal Canadiens.

Well, almost two years later, it appears that hallucinate is the correct word, and what a long strange trip it’s been ever since, resulting in flashbacks to the days of the Clowns.

Barry Melrose and Anthony Robbins have finally been sent to their own “Chateau Bow-Wow.” The other ex-residents--Tomas Sandstrom, Paul Coffey, Bob Kudelski, Corey Millen, Mike Donnelly and Alex Zhitnik--seem to be doing well in their new homes.
