Winners Entertainment Inc.: The San Juan Capistrano company said Wednesday that it intends to relocate its corporate offices to West Virginia in the next 60 days because its Mountaineer Race Track & Resort in Chester, W.Va., has become the focus of its business. Winners acquired the 606-acre entertainment complex in December, 1992. The company also announced the appointment of Edson R. Arneault as chairman, president and chief executive. He succeeds Michael R. Dunn, who has resigned. Arneault is Mountaineer’s president and has served as a Winners director since January, 1992.
