One Number for Service: Convenience is the never-ending quest of hotel keepers, and a new level has been reached at Westin South Coast Plaza hotel in Costa Mesa. Guests soon will be able to call a single number to reach any service at the hotel, such as housekeeping, room services or valets.
The new number, assigned to a new department called Service Express, will be answered 24 hours a day, the company said.
