THOUSAND OAKS : Reward Offered in Computer Thefts
Sheriff’s deputies are still searching for thieves who stole $36,000 worth of high-tech equipment from five Thousand Oaks offices.
Crime Stoppers is offering up to $1,000 for information about the crimes, which took place during the evenings of May 10 and 12. The thieves took computers and printers from offices in the 100 block and 4000 block of East Thousand Oaks Boulevard.
Crime Stoppers said that one of the victims remembers a blue or dark colored Ford Aerostar van with a CB antenna and tinted windows parked in the lot of 4195 E. Thousand Oaks Blvd. on the night of the burglary.
