PLACENTIA : Barbershop Singing Opens Notable Series

Barbershop-style harmony will fill the air Saturday at the first performance of this year’s Spring Garden Concert series at the historic George Key Ranch in Placentia.
Mission Viejo’s Sweet Adeline Chorus will be featured, with special performances by its Sentimental Journey Quartet.
Gates will open at 6:30 for the 7 p.m. concert at the ranch, 625 Bastanchury Road.
Admission to the two-hour concert is $3. Parking is free at Sierra Vista School across the street from the ranch. Because seating is limited, sponsors encourage concert-goers to arrive early.
