PULPIT EXCHANGE: Two San Fernando Valley congregations affiliated with the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) will hear each other’s pastors and choirs Sunday morning, then join together at night in North Hollywood for a concert by the churches’ combined, 70-voice choir.

“Both churches have excellent music programs,” said the Rev. Robert M. Bock, pastor of North Hollywood’s First Christian Church, 4390 Colfax Ave., which will be the site of the 7:30 p.m. concert.

Bock will preach at the 8:30 and 11 a.m. services at Church of the Valley, 6565 Vesper Ave., Van Nuys. The Rev. Larry Keene, pastor of Church of the Valley, will preach at First Christian’s 10 a.m. service.
