Fireworks From Chrysler: Move over, apple pie. On Tuesday, Chrysler Corp. will unveil its contribution to Americana--a minivan. Well, not just any minivan, but its latest model, a Plymouth Grand Voyager. Chrysler will project the image of the minivan, five times actual size, on the side of the Pacific Holiday Towers hotel in Long Beach during the city’s Independence Day fireworks celebration, practically suffocating Chrysler in the American flag. The image, we’re assured, will be visible from the city’s entire shoreline. The company is putting on similar Fourth of July shows in Detroit, New York and San Francisco.
