Hatch Imports Buys Property in Ventura

An import firm has purchased a bank-owned property in Ventura as its new home.
The purchaser, Hatch Imports, paid Bank of America $525,000 for the 14,000-square-foot property on Walter Street, according to Grubb & Ellis Co. in Oxnard, which helped negotiate the sale.
The site was formerly occupied by an auto repair center.
