A Culver City developer was denied a refund on money he paid the city to offset traffic problems that weren’t generated by a project he didn’t build.
And it’s perfectly legal too.
At least that’s what Culver City officials said in refusing to return $103,000 to the Bull Moose Development Co.
The folks at Bull Moose expected to get their money back. But city officials said the money was already spent on traffic improvement nearby. “This is outrageous,” a company spokesman said.
