Shaggy, who brought us last year’s mondo hit “Oh Carolina,” rounds out his reggae repertoire with such likable dance-hall treats as the calliope-reggae fusion “Finger Smith” and the lovelorn “Why You Treat Me So Bad?” “Jenny,” which features the vocals of Budda Junky Swan, is the first coupling of lounge and reggae, and it’s a mind-blower.
