SMALL FACES: Disney is launching a series of concept albums revolving around music from some of its classic shows. “The Music of Cinderella” with appearances by Linda Ronstadt (“A Dream Is a Wish”), Bobby McFerrin (“Bibbidi-Bobbidi-Boo”) and others is due Sept. 26, followed by “Take My Hand: Songs for the 100 Acre Wood” featuring “Winnie the Pooh” tunes by a cast including the Chieftains (doing an Irish version of Pooh’s theme), Tyler Collins and Kathie Lee Gifford, due Oct. 10. . . .

Meanwhile, the Spanish version of the Jon Secada/Shanice duet from “Pocahontas” will be featured on “Amor,” Secada’s upcoming album of love songs recorded in the studio with the full New York Philharmonic. . . .

Anita Baker, Herb Alpert and Dr. John are among the pop figures crossing over for “Jazz to the World,” the third “A Very Special Christmas” collection benefiting the Special Olympics, due Sept. 26. The series’ first two albums, with performers including U2 and Madonna, have raised a total of more than $30 million. . . .

Techno-rocker Moby is the latest pop music figure to be featured in a campaign from the People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals--the organization that tried and failed to get permission from Courtney Love to use Kurt Cobain’s image on a poster reading “I Need Meat Like I Need a Hole in My Head.” Moby’s slogan, being printed on T-shirts and posters, refers to his oft-mentioned Christian beliefs: “Jesus Was a Vegetarian.” . . .

Rapper LL Cool J is working on a new album with longtime producer Marley Marl. . . . Following two hit albums in the Latin market, the Barrio Boyz have an English-language debut, “How We Roll,” due Oct. 10.
