Mission Energy Co.: The Irvine subsidiary of SCEcorp. said Monday it acquired a 10% interest in P.T. Adaro Indonesia, an Indonesian mine operator. Financial terms of the transaction weren’t disclosed. P.T. Adaro Indonesia operates mines in the province of Kalimantan, Indonesia. It also supplies coal through P.T. Batu Hitam Perkasa to the Paiton Power Project. Mission Energy develops and operates independent power plants.
