Simpson, who played four years of varsity soccer at Glendora High, is Fullerton’s leading scorer. Actually, through the first four games, she is the only Hornet to score. Simpson doubled the college’s single-game scoring record with four goals as the Hornets beat Moorpark, 4-0, Friday. The Hornets have played to 0-0 ties in their other three games. Simpson also played three years of varsity softball in high school.
