Accurate Engineering Doubles Size of Facility

Accurate Engineering & Fabrication Inc., a fabricator of sheet metal for military and commercial applications, has doubled the space it occupies in a Newbury Park industrial complex.

The company added nearly 11,000 square feet to its plant in the Thousand Oaks Industrial Center on Tourmaline Drive, and now occupies an entire building of more than 21,000 square feet.

The Ventura office of CB Commercial Real Estate Group represented Accurate and the building’s owner, TOLD Corp., in negotiating a new lease.
