Woman, 19, Killed in Early Morning Crash
FULLERTON —
A 19-year-old woman was killed early Saturday morning when she lost control of her car and crashed into two trees, police said.
Regan K. Riley of Fullerton was driving alone on Commonwealth Avenue near Balfour Avenue when the 2:36 a.m. accident occurred, Lt. Tony Hernandez said.
Riley lost control of the car, possibly because of high speed, Hernandez said. It jumped a curb and hit the trees.
Riley, who had to be cut out of the car by rescuers, was pronounced dead at the scene.
