Central : GARDEN GROVE : City Pilot Program Picks Up Used Oil
Residents who are unable to drop off used motor oil at collection centers may arrange with the city to have it picked up.
Under a pilot program funded by a surcharge on motor oil sales, the city will pick up used oil filters and as much as five gallons of used oil. The oil must be stored in plastic containers such as soda bottles or milk containers.
