County Commission Hires Film Liaison

The Ventura County Film Commission has hired Richard Mathieu as its film liaison to the Southern California film and television industry.
Mathieu, formerly of the San Jose Film & Video Commission, will also work to expand involvement and membership of the Ventura County business community in the Film Commission.
The commission is a public-private partnership involving businesses, nonprofit organizations and local and county governments in an effort to market Ventura County as a filming location. The commission also helps meet the needs of film companies while they are in the county.
