A virtual beer drinker's delight, it's the Pacific Coast BeerFest at the Earl Warren Showgrounds, Highway 101 and Las Positas Avenue, Santa Barbara. Held from noon to 6 p.m. Saturday, the second annual event features tasting from more than 60 breweries, plus entertainment, food sampling, cooking demonstrations and more. * Flutist Jill Felber and pianist Betty Oberacker--both faculty members at UC Santa Barbara--will present "New Music from the Pacific Rim" at 8 p.m. Friday at the campus' Lotte Lehmann Concert Hall.
