Forward Chris Webber of the Washington Bullets will have his dislocated left shoulder examined today.
Webber injured the shoulder in the first quarter of Saturday’s exhibition game against Indiana. He dislocated the same shoulder last season and missed 19 games.
General Manager John Nash said Webber chose to wait until today to meet with team doctors because he was groggy from medication.

Seeking depth for their backcourt following the trade of Mark Price, the Cleveland Cavaliers signed free agent John Crotty.
Terms were not disclosed.
Crotty, 26, spent the last three seasons with the Utah Jazz as a backup to John Stockton. The 6-foot-1 guard averaged 3.7 points a game in 80 games last season.
