Car Hits Bank; 1 Killed

NORRIDGE, Ill. —
A speeding car crashed into a bank Friday, killing one person and injuring at least five. The car smashed through the window of Columbia National Bank in this northwest Chicago suburb and came to rest in the lobby. A customer seated at a desk was pinned under the car and killed, police said. Police said the driver of the white sedan was a man who lived in the area. He was being questioned.
