2 Companies Planning Moves to Local Sites

Sole Survivor of California, an Oxnard manufacturer of outdoor clothing, is moving to the Channel Islands Business Park off Pacific Coast Highway from its current location on A Street.

Sole Survivor, whose Gramicci brand clothing is sold worldwide, signed a five-year lease on a 26,000-square-foot building, according to Crocker DiMeo Realty, which arranged the lease.

In another move, Alliance Financial Group, a San Fernando Valley investment firm, plans, as previously announced, to move into the Westlake Professional Building in Westlake Village.

In an earlier announcement, CB Commercial Real Estate Group failed to list Alliance’s partner in buying the building. It is Englander & Englander, an accounting firm.
