Man Killed by Gunshot to Face

GLENDALE — A gunshot wound to the face left a man in his mid-30s dead on a sidewalk in the 5100 block of San Fernando Road, Glendale police reported Saturday.
Paramedics transported the man to Los Angeles County-USC Medical Center where he was pronounced dead on arrival after the Friday night shooting, said Police Sgt. Richard Navarro.
The victim’s name was not released pending notification of his family. Navarro said police have not identified any suspects.
