Fireplace Manufacturers to Buy Back Stock

SANTA ANA — Fireplace Manufacturers Inc. announced Wednesday that its board of directors has approved the repurchase of up to 500,000 shares of the common stock from time to time in the over-the-counter market and directly from shareholders. The company said it is repurchasing the stock because it believes the shares are undervalued.
