Fireplace Manufacturers to Buy Back Stock

Fireplace Manufacturers Inc. announced Wednesday that its board of directors has approved the repurchase of up to 500,000 shares of the common stock from time to time in the over-the-counter market and directly from shareholders. The company said it is repurchasing the stock because it believes the shares are undervalued.
