Bad Timing for Story on Overcrowding
* While grateful to see a thoughtful, informative and well-written piece on the state of overcrowding at our Ventura County schools (“Students Cramming,” Nov. 19), I have to wonder why the article was published this week.
Might it have been more responsible of The Times to bring these conditions to the attention of the voters before they went to the polls Nov. 7 to decide the fate of the Pleasant Valley School bond Measure M?
