Ventura County sheriff’s investigators said the robber walked into the Robinson’s-May store in The Oaks mall on Nov. 20 at about 10 p.m. Brandishing a gun, he ordered the three women behind the counter to fill a shopping bag with money from their cash registers.

He ordered the three clerks to the floor and fled.

He was described as white, in his late 20s or early 30s, about 5 feet, 8 inches tall and weighing between 155 and 165 pounds. He had a thick mustache, long, curly, brown hair and an olive complexion.
