‘Hidden’ Seal Beach Suburb

If residents of Seal Beach’s College Park West neighborhood feel a little isolated, it’s not without good reason.
The small residential district is far removed from the rest of the city, hidden behind the San Diego Freeway-San Gabriel River Freeway interchange. To get there from downtown requires driving through Long Beach.
