LOYOLA MARYMOUNT (5-1) at CS FULLERTON (1-3)

Time--7 p.m.

Loyola Marymount has victories over two of Fullerton’s Big West Conference rivals, Nevada Las Vegas and UC Santa Barbara. Loyola’s only loss was to San Diego State, which provided Fullerton with its only victory in overtime, but the Lions were limited by injuries in that game in late November. Loyola has had strong performances from Jim Williamson (17.5 point average) and Ime Oduok (16.3). Williamson, who had a career-high 32 points against Santa Barbara, made a desperation shot from just inside the half-court line to give Loyola an 80-77 victory in last year’s game between the two teams at Loyola. The Lions are shooting 46% from the field while holding opponents to 37%. The game will be the second of three in a row against West Coast Conference teams for the Titans, who lost to Gonzaga, 83-57, last Saturday. Junior forward John Williams scored 23 of those points and continues to lead Fullerton with an average of 18. The Titans have lost six of their last seven home games.
