UCLA’s Venegas Will Host Clinic

Art Venegas of UCLA, one of the nation’s top collegiate weight-event coaches, will hold a shotput and discus clinic Dec. 27-28 at Glendale College. The clinic is open to coaches and athletes of all levels and will last from 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. each day.

Dawn Dumble, a four-time NCAA champion while at UCLA, is one of several top-notch throwers expected to help Venegas at the clinic.
