Motorist, 71, Dies in 2-Car Crash
A 71-year-old Canoga Park man died Sunday morning in a two-car collision at the intersection of Roscoe Boulevard and Shoup Avenue, police said.
James Hart was driving westbound on Shoup about 9 a.m. and was about to make a left turn onto Roscoe when he collided with a car driven by Glenn Martin, 35, of Canyon Country, said Sgt. Glenn Wiggins of the Los Angeles Police Department’s Valley Traffic Division.
Hart apparently died of injuries suffered in the crash. Although Martin complained of injuries, he did not go to the hospital. Wiggins said no charges had been filed in connection with the collision.
