Capistrano Valley 4, San Clemente 0--Liz Delgado had three assists for visiting Capistrano Valley (13-2-2, 2-0).
Mater Dei 2, Trabuco Hills 1--Sara Stratton scored off an assist from Trisha Steiner in the 50th minute for host Mater Dei (10-3-2, 1-0-1), ranked eighth in the county.

El Modena 2, Foothill 1--Nicole Terry scored the winning goal off an assist by Stephanie Esparaza late in the second half for El Modena (10-4-2, 2-0). Esparaza scored the first goal for the Vanguards.
In the Golden West League:
Rosary 0, Santa Ana 0--Meghan Fults had 13 saves for Santa Ana (8-4-3, 1-0-1). Robyn Leonhardt started in goal for Rosary (4-6-1, 1-0-1) and recorded three saves before twisting an ankle. Melissa Mangelilia got two saves after replacing Leonhardt.
Saddleback 2, Westminster 1--Erica Suazo scored the game-winning goal in the 72nd minute for visiting Saddleback (1-8-1, 1-1).

El Toro 2, Corona del Mar 1--Laureen Orlandos scored two goals midway through the second half to lead El Toro (7-10, 1-1). Julie Garrison scored a goal for Corona del Mar (5-9-1, 0-2).
The game was stopped early in the second half when Corona del Mar’s goalkeeper Jordana Havriluk dislocated her right elbow while making a save. Havriluk was taken to Hoag Hospital for X-rays and is expected to be out the rest of the season.
Irvine 1, Newport Harbor 1--Andrea Sparrow tied the score for Newport Harbor (0-1-1 in league) with 15 minutes left to play. Erin Rummens gave sixth-ranked Irvine (8-4-4, 1-0-1) a first-half lead off an assist from Shannon Filbin.

Esperanza 2, Los Alamitos 1--Amy Maloney, who scored both goals for Esperanza, made the winning goal midway in the second half off an assist from Shannon Moore to upset ninth-ranked Los Alamitos. Esperanza’s victory marks the first time the Aztecs have beaten Los Alamitos on their home field in nine years. Esperanza (9-3, 2-0) takes over first place in the Sunset League.
Edison 1, Fountain Valley 1--Laura Lamb tied the score on a direct kick with six minutes left, as No. 10 Edison (10-4-4, 0-1-1) paced third-ranked Fountain Valley (10-1-4, 0-0-2). Debbie Blake scored midway through first half off an assist from Sharon Gillis for the Barons.

Brethren Christian 2, Ontario Christian 1--Adam Reeves scored both goals for Brethren Christian (8-4-1, 1-1).

La Canada Flintridge Prep 3, St. Margaret’s 2 (OT)--Patrick Moss scored two goals for St. Margaret’s (2-7-1, 0-3), but Jonathon Wetzel scored the winner for Flintridge Prep (1-7-1, 1-2) with six minutes remaining in overtime.
