In response to Sandi Sterling’s complaint of delays in garbage removal service in her upscale Encino neighborhood (Beverly Hills of the Valley): We who live in Tarzana (Bel-Air of the Valley) also have experienced delays in our garbage removal. But the images of the tragic school bus accident will linger on well after the fragrant smell of potted plants returns to your upscale neighborhood.
