Irvine Office Complex Sells for $9.7 Million

IRVINE — Spieker Properties Inc. said it has purchased Inwood Park, a three-building office complex in Irvine, for $9.7 million. The Menlo Park company said it also bought a three-building office complex in Sacramento for $13 million and a two-building complex in Foster City, Calif., for $9.5 million. Spieker Properties owns and operates suburban office, industrial and retail properties.
