Dense-Pac Places Shares

GARDEN GROVE — Dense-Pac Microsystems Inc. completed the private placement of 900,000 common shares for $4.5 million. The company, which develops high-density semiconductor products, said proceeds from the offering will be used to finance inventory, expand manufacturing capacity and provide working capital for general corporate purposes.
