Countywide : Firm Awards $400,000 in Scholarship Money
A local company has given $400,000 in scholarship money to college-bound students at Los Amigos High School in Fountain Valley and to the Huntington Beach Union High School District.
The donation from Kingston Technology Corp., a designer and manufacturer of computer memory modules, will benefit students who might otherwise face financial challenges in planning for college, school officials said.
