. . . The county agreed to dredge about 135,000 cubic yards of sediment from Huntington Harbour as part of a $1.6-million project to clear the waterway for recreational boating.
Two-thirds of the project’s costs were to be financed by Huntington Beach. Work on the three-year project was expected to begin the following summer.
