High School Students’ Art Featured in Exhibit

Art created by students of Oxnard’s five high schools will be on display at the Ventura County Maritime Museum beginning Wednesday.
Fifty pieces were selected by a jury of art teachers and Board of Education officials from the more than 300 submitted.
A reception is scheduled at the museum on March 29 at 4 p.m. The museum is at 2731 S. Victoria Ave. at Channel Islands Harbor in Oxnard.
The museum is open from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily except Tuesdays and Wednesdays, when it is closed.
