Comedy Camp Plans Graduation Show
The public is invited to see 12 8- to 16-year-old comedians perform in ceremonies marking their graduation from Jamie Masada’s spring Comedy Camp, on Wednesday at 7 p.m. at Hollywood’s Laugh Factory.
Masada, president of the Laugh Factory, started the camp last year to provide positive reinforcement to youth from South-Central Los Angeles. Comedians including Arsenio Hall--who will be on hand for the graduation ceremonies--have served as instructors.
Tickets for the program are $8, and include a regular Laugh Factory show at 9 p.m.
