Man Found Stabbed to Death
A 55-year-old man was stabbed to death in an apparent robbery and his body was found early Tuesday behind a convenience store, sheriff’s deputies reported.
The owner of the store, at Avenue S and 90th Street East, found the body with at least one stab wound to the upper body about 5:30 a.m., Sheriff’s Sgt. Robert Stoneman said.
The victim’s name was withheld until his relatives could be notified.
A Littlerock resident, the man was last seen alive in the area of the store late Monday, witnesses told sheriff’s deputies.
