The 1996 Women’s Legacy Fund will distribute $24,000 in grants to nonprofit community-based organizations.
The parceling of one-year grants of up to $8,000 per agency will begin on June 15.
Proposals must be received by 5 p.m. May 16 at the Ventura County Community Foundation, 1355 Del Norte Road, Camarillo.
For applications or more information, call the foundation at 988-0196.
