Funeral Planning to Be Forum Topic
Information on funeral planning will be given at a free forum Wednesday from 12:45 to 2:15 p.m. at the Cypress Senior Citizens Center, 9031 Grindlay St.
Bob Boettger, director of the mortuary science program at Cypress College, will conduct the forum.
The event is being sponsored by the Cypress Recreation and Park District, and no sales or solicitations are involved, district officials said.
“It is better to know your options and be able to design your own memorial plan,” said Phyllis Campbell, a spokeswoman for the park district.
“You can relieve your family of the trauma of facing the decisions while in grief.”
