FBI Asks Public to Help Locate Bank Robber
The FBI is asking for the public’s help in finding a bank robber who may be responsible for more than two heists in Ventura County.
The robber is described as a white male in his late 30s, 6 feet, 2 inches tall and 220 pounds with dark hair and a full beard. The robber makes oral demands and does not use a weapon or note.
He was photographed by a bank camera during a robbery April 19 at Coast Federal Bank on Los Angeles Avenue in Simi Valley.
The FBI believes the man may also be responsible for the robbery of a Wells Fargo branch on South Victoria Avenue in Ventura on March 14.
Anyone with information should call the FBI at 642-3995 or local police.
