Dinner and Concert to Mark City’s 30th
The city will celebrate 30 years as a planned community at a dinner tonight.
The event will be highlighted by a living history presentation featuring several longtime residents and employees of the Mission Viejo Co., the firm that built the community, who will reminisce about the city’s beginnings.
The dinner will start at 5 p.m. at the World Cup Center, 27301 World Cup Center, off La Paz Road and Marguerite Parkway. A concert by the Saddleback College Symphony Orchestra will begin at 7 p.m.
Tickets for the concert and buffet-style dinner are $25. Admission to the concert alone is $5.
