Share

Admission to the Ronald Reagan Presidential Library near Simi Valley is free today for all U.S. veterans in honor of Memorial Day, the museum has announced.

The museum recently opened a special exhibit on Reagan’s Santa Barbara ranch, Rancho del Cielo, which includes belts, boots, hats and other riding clothes worn by Ronald and Nancy Reagan, and the former first couple’s canoe, named Truluv.

Also on display are “Gifts of Diplomacy,” a show of fine art and antiques that were given to President Reagan by foreign heads of state, and an exhibit on Poland’s Solidarity movement to honor former Poland President Lech Walesa’s visit to the library last week.
