Festival of Short Films Set for Palm Springs

The second annual Palm Springs International Short Film Festival will be held July 31-Aug. 4 and present approximately 75 films in competition plus an additional 75.
The event is produced and financed by the NORTEL Palm Springs International Film Festival, held every January.
