Ronald Baron Raises Stake in DVI to 16.8%
IRVINE —
Investor Ronald Baron raised his stake in DVI Inc. to 16.8% of the medical equipment finance company’s outstanding common shares, according to a report filed Wednesday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Baron purchased 258,300 shares of DVI at $13 to $15.58 from April 18 to June 27, increasing his stake to 1.74 million shares.
