In what the Recording Industry Assn. of America is calling the largest seizure of bootleg CDs ever, U.S. Customs Service agents confiscated more than 400,000 pirated compact discs from two New York City warehouses and arrested Long Island entrepreneur Charles LaRocco, who is alleged to be one of the largest music bootleggers in the nation. . . . Limited said it is planning a public stock offering of its Abercrombie & Fitch casual wear division as part of a restructuring plan.
