Obituaries : Marvin C. Johnson; Architect
Marvin C. Johnson of Camarillo, an architect who lived in Ventura County for 41 years, has died at the age of 80.
Johnson was born Jan. 20, 1916, in Minneapolis.
He was a self-employed architect and a member of the American Institute of Architects since 1953.
Johnson was also a member of Mount Cross Lutheran Church in Camarillo.
He is survived by his wife, Gayle Johnson of Camarillo; one son, Cy Johnson of Camarillo, and three grandsons.
A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at Mount Cross Lutheran Church. Interment will be at Conejo Mountain Memorial Park, Camarillo.
Donations may be made to Mount Cross Lutheran Church or the Humane Society of Ventura County.
