Cooler Days Forecast, Then Hot Again
A cooling trend will continue in the San Fernando Valley for the next couple of days before once again heating up a bit, meteorologists said Sunday.
Highs are expected to be in the mid-80s on Monday and Tuesday, then rising to the low 90s Wednesday and Thursday.
Light early-morning and late-night fog will also be part of the weather picture. Otherwise, sunny skies will predominate. Lows for all four days will be in the 50s to mid-60s.
National Weather Service meteorologist Robert Baruffaldi said a high-pressure ridge will hover over the region, as is normal for this time of year.
